Message

For over 40 years, we have been providing services in the licensing of domestic and international properties for commercialization, including design approvals, sales, promotion, and property management. Our strength lies in our staff’s extensive experience in the licensing business and in our ability to communicate effectively with our clients. This has allowed us to expand our own network and encourage our clients to develop their business.
Nowadays, we often hear the word “Oshi”. It is not a new word, but rather an expression of support for a favorite artist, athlete, etc. In layman’s terms, it means “like”. The power of “like” is actually a wonderful thing, and it is directly related to a person’s happiness. The power of IP content, such as brands and characters, lies precisely in this power of “like,” and we believe that the significance of the licensing business is in making those who possess it feel happiness.
We believe that our role is to make sure that one brand or character is loved for a long time and brings smiles to the faces of many people. In recent years, the licensing business has been undergoing rapid changes with diversification and globalization, and we feel that there is a strong need for a business model that can keep up with these changes.
We aim to continue valuing the brands and characters entrusted to us, adapting to the changing times, and assisting in connecting rights holders and licensees, and ultimately, people to people.

Starts trademark management for Kadokawa Shoten Publishing Co., Ltd.

Produces a baby and children’s wear brand for Renown Incorporated.
1999
Becomes the trademark owner of the brand “IRISH SETTER”.
2001
Becomes the licensor for “Angel Cat Sugar” and “Pani & Mari” by Yuko Shimizu, the original creator of Hello Kitty. 
2008
Starts the licensing programs for “SmileyWorld” in Japan and showcased at the first Licensing Asia.
2010
Starts the licensing programs for “Happy Tree Friends” in Japan and develops one of the most successful programs in the world.
2012
Establishes a Global Business Division to manage both inbound and outbound licensing in-house through our global network.
